While we work only with reputable, internationally accredited clinics, we do not provide medical advice or dental services directly.
All treatments are performed by third-party providers.
We strongly recommend you consult with a qualified dental professional before making any medical decisions.

Smilecation is not responsible for the outcomes of any medical or dental procedures.

3. Booking and Payments

• A deposit may be required to confirm your booking.

• Full payment for travel packages and treatments must be completed prior to your departure date unless otherwise arranged.

• Payment terms for dental treatments are governed by the treating clinic’s own policies.

Smilecation will provide clear pricing estimates but final treatment costs may vary depending on clinical findings upon your consultation.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

• Travel and accommodation cancellations may incur fees based on the policies of airlines, hotels, and service providers.

• If you cancel your dental treatment, refunds are subject to the policies of the treating clinic.

• Smilecation may charge a service cancellation fee to cover administrative costs.

We recommend you purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers medical tourism.

5. Limitation of Liability

Smilecation shall not be held liable for:

• Any injury, loss, or damages incurred during your travel or treatment

• Any dissatisfaction with the dental services provided by third parties

• Changes to treatment plans or pricing based on clinical evaluations

Your use of our services is at your own risk.

All content on our website (logos, text, images, graphics) is owned by Smilecation or licensed to us.
